OPEN PLANT CLEANING SYSTEMS |
A range of open plant cleaning systems designed to cater for any sized food
factory with particular emphasis on cleaning effectively and efficiently with medium pressure. The main features of the systems are:
• Environmentally friendly, energy efficient pumps
• Low aerosol effect (spread of bacteria caused by high pressure)
• Reduced water damage to factory and other equipment
• Extremely low maintenance costs
• Reduced labour costs |
 |
| Systems available in 3 main formats: |
• Mobile & Small User
Q2 single user systems are designed for hygiene conscious food manufacturers and give opportunity for a fully professional cleaning & hygiene programme without the cost of an installed system, utilising existing supplies.
|
Mobile Cleaning Systems
Ideal for factories with no built in system, or factories with areas not covered by their existing system. By connecting to a low pressure water hose and to an electrical supply, the unit is used to perform the full open plant cleaning program of:
• Pre rinse
• Foam
• Final Rinse
• Disinfect

Low Pressure Satellite Systems
Designed specifically to work off existing low pressure water supplies.
The Q2 low pressure satellites are the cost effective way of upgrading to systematic cleaning. These compact, wall mounted units work on an inlet pressure of between 1.5 and 10 bar, and connect directly to factory air supplies.
From this point the operator can foam, rinse and sanitise through one hose, with the chemicals being dosed directly in to the unit from local chemical drums at preset dosages. For low preessure satellite options please click here.

• Q2 Built In Decentral |
MAIN STATION LAYOUT
On this layout the system is powered by a main station which is built in an hygienic stainless steel cabinet so that it can be installed in production areas. The Q2 main station supplies pressurised water via pipework to the satellites around the production area, and at the same time has an built satellite to run one user. Any satellite point can be used at any time completely independently.
|
Please click on the Main Station diagram for more details of each component.
|
PUMP STATION LAYOUT
On this layout the system is powered by a pump station which is built in an hygienic stainless steel cabinet so that it can be installed in production areas. The Q2 pump station supplies pressurised water via pipework to the satellites around the production area. Any satellite point can be used at any time completely independently.
|
Please click on the Pump Station diagram for more details of each component.
|
BOOSTER SET LAYOUT
On this layout the system is powered by a booster set which is situated remotely from the production areas, usually in a plant room adjacent to production. The Q2 booster set supplies pressurised water via pipework to the satellites around the production area. Any satellite point can be used at any time completely independently.
|
Please click on the Booster Set Station diagram for more details of each component.
• ACCESSORY FOR the ABOVE DECENTRAL SYSTEMS
|
Mobile Trolleys
Sturdy, lightweight stainless steel satellite trolleys for mounting of satellite.
Operators can move the trolley to different locations within the factory, and connect to factory water and air supplies via short connecting hoses. Available in two formats for one and two chemical drums.

• Q2 Built In central |
CENTRAL LAYOUT - Q2 Central Systems are the ultimate in efficiency, safety and accuracy.
Concentrate chemicals are bought and stored in bulk, and the Q2 chemical unit accurately doses the chemical in to specially developed chemical pipework and distributes it to satellite stations throughout the factory, from which the operator can perform foam, rinse and sanitise. Rinse water is supplied from Q2 Pump or booster sets in the same way as decentral systems, or can be supplied from existing factory sources.
