Systems available in 3 main formats:

  • Mobile and small user systems Simply connect to existing factory supplies with little or no installation work.
  • Q2 Decentral Built in systems which draw in chemicals from drums situated at the point of use.
  • Q2 Central Built in systems which dilute the chemicals in a remote location and pump them to the point of use.

Q2 Decentral Systems - Fully installed systems with local chemical pick up (from drums at each point)

Q2 Multi User systems are based on a main booster pump connected via pipework to remote satellite points within the production area. From these points operators can independently perform foam, rinse and sanitise by simply changing a lever on the satellite.

On a decentral system chemicals are placed in drums underneath the satellite and injected in to the hose at that point to create foam or disinfectant sprays The boosted water is supplied to the satellites in 3 different ways as follows:
