2. Collection of Information
If you apply for a Credit Account with QJS Equipment you will be asked to complete a Credit Account Application Form, which requires that you provide certain information about you and your organisation, including contact details and trade references. QJS Equipment will collect information from you or your organisation if you complete a Credit Account Application Form or order goods from QJS Equipment.
3. Use of Information by QJS Equipment
If you apply for a Credit Account with QJS Equipment the information you provide will be used by QJS Equipment to verify your organisation’s identity and to process the Credit Account Application. We may also carry out Credit Reference Searches (details of which are set out in section 4 below).
If QJS Equipment approve your Credit Account Application and open a Credit Account for your organisation, QJS Equipment will use the information provided to administer your organisation’s account and to process any orders for goods received. Unless you have expressly asked us not to do so, QJS Equipment may use information provided for marketing purposes, to undertake marketing analysis and to make general improvements to the Website and to QJS Equipment's products.

4. Credit Information
Credit checks will be carried out with credit reference agencies when you register with us, and further searches may be carried out before accepting orders or increased levels of credit. Credit reference agencies may record these searches. We may share information about you and the conduct of your account with agencies or relevant third parties.
This Information about you may be used to verify your identity and for assessing credit assessment. We may also use such information for payment recovery or tracing fraud and debt. We may pass on details of defaulting accounts to appropriate third parties.
